A matched pair sample was employed to compare patients with healthy controls in this comparative study. Data were collected through purposive sampling technique from 120 adults (60 patients with Bipolar II Disorder and 60 healthy controls). Diagnosed patients were recruited from hospitals on referral, with a controlled duration of illness (6 months to 3 years), and were further examined by the researcher through clinical interviews and mental state examinations. Healthy controls were selected from the community and educational institutions, matched with patients on age (18-40 years), gender (equal dissemination), and education (matric to graduation) to ensure comparability. Three Urdu-translated self-report measures were used; the parental authority questionnaire (Kausar & Shafique, 2008), the Big Five Inventory (Raiha, 2012), and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (Butt, Khawer, Malik, & Sanam, 2012). The results indicated that there was significant positive impact of authoritarian parenting in constructing the contrary personality of patients with bipolar II disorder. Furthermore, the mediation analysis confirmed the influence of maladaptive coping strategies in the relationship between authoritarian parenting and neuroticism. Findings also indicated significant group differences: patients with Bipolar II Disorder scored higher on authoritarian parenting, neuroticism, and maladaptive coping strategies compared to healthy controls. Moreover, patients relied more heavily on maladaptive coping strategies than healthy controls. The study holds important implications for clinicians, providing deeper insight into the role of parenting and coping mechanisms in shaping the personality and psychopathology of individuals with Bipolar II Disorder, thereby facilitating more effective management strategies.
Ruhma Naeem, Fozia Akram Copyright (c) 2025 sourcecoder https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/347 Sat, 13 Sep 2025 00:00:00 +0500 Accessibility Requirements for External Environment, Internal Environment, Building Accessibility and Emergency Egress Specifically for PWDs https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/352
The current study aims to determine if government organizations in two Baluchistan cities were constructed in accordance with the approved building accessibility code, 2006, given the dearth of research on building accessibility for persons with disabilities (PWDs). A significant percentage of the population is made up of people with impairments, which hinders their ability to move around and utilize their surroundings. Until these people are able to move around and use their surroundings, full participation and equality cannot be attained. The current study is objective and is based on positivism approach. Data for this quantitative study, data was gathered using physical observation chechlist from 53 government organizations. The data was collected between July 2024–March 2025. Data analysis was done using Excel software. People with disabilities (PWDs) can access only 31% of government organizations overall. Approximately two-thirds of public institutions are inaccessible to people with disabilities due to inadequate infrastructure and services. Funding for projects pertaining to accessibility should be increased by the federal and provincial governments. Additionally, teaching key institutions on universal design principles is crucial for successful implementation of accessibility code.

The current study aims to determine if government organizations in two Baluchistan cities were constructed in accordance with the approved building accessibility code, 2006, given the dearth of research on building accessibility for persons with disabilities (PWDs). The research closely examines how characters in the narrative navigate and grapple with elements of their identities that are fragmented or in a state of flux. The state of alienation, poverty, and social anxiety emerges as crucial in contributing to radicalization within a society. Bauman's (2000) theory of liquid modernity works as theoretical framework which is central in understanding radical tendencies of the characters and individuals in the novel. The analysis of the selected text concludes that the individuals suffer from identity crisis while encountering poverty, social frustration and isolation. The findings of the study indicate that individuals suffer due to material concerns, social exclusion and divisions, alienation, internal emptiness and lack of belonging that lead them to identity crisis, fragmentation and radical tendencies.
Muhammad Rashid, Sadia Akram, Manail Saad Copyright (c) 2025 sourcecoder https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/356 Fri, 12 Sep 2025 00:00:00 +0500 Artificial Intelligence and Health-Seeking Behaviors of Educated Youth: A Critical Appraisal https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/365
Artificial intelligence (AI) is advancing at an extraordinary pace to transform various modern fields of life including healthcare decision-making processes as well. Researcher are globally working on different models of technology acceptance but from the initial day technology acceptance was a dilemma for the scientists. This study aims to investigate how patient trust on the healthcare related mobile applications will leads towards their usage and what is the role of the technology acceptance model in this prospective. Primary data was collected from the 345 different patients of Karachi city who are the users of different mobile healthcare applications by a closed ended questionnaire through judgmental sampling. The gathered data was analyzed by using a Partial Least Square approach with SmartPLS software. The result of this study shows that trust is one of the key factors which promotes the usage of the healthcare mobile applications through the technology acceptance model among the patients of Karachi city. Results also shows that the usage of the healthcare related applications are mainly based on how much patients trust the application. More trust in the result and more usage of the application devices. Furthermore it is recommended to the healthcare sector to increase their investment in the area of artificial intelligence to enhance it accordingly.
Abdul Kabeer Kazi, Amna Jatoi, Hira Hashmani Copyright (c) 2025 sourcecoder https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/370 Fri, 03 Oct 2025 00:00:00 +0500 Impact of Authoritarian Parenting Style on Neuroticism in Patients with Bipolar II Disorder: Mediating Influence of Maladaptive Coping Strategies https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/371
The objective of the present research was to examine the mediating influence of maladaptive coping strategies in the relationship between authoritarian parenting style and neuroticism among patients with Bipolar II Disorder. Xi Jinping Thought adapts Marxism to the Chinese context, combining China’s modernization process in line with socialism and its global vision. Diplomacy serves China's national goals and contributes to the development of a multilateral international order. This thought aims to promote multipolarity in the face of hegemony. The article analyzes the dimensions of Xi Jinping Thought through a qualitative analysis and assesses how it has shaped China’s foreign policy. Xi Jinping Thought underpins China’s major-country diplomacy and consolidates China’s role in global governance by combining socialism and global vision. Moreover, by taking a more active role on the world stage, China aims to build a shared future for mankind, combating hegemonic structures, and pursuing a global order based on justice and equality. Promoting China’s vision of a multipolar world requires developing foreign policy strategies focused on greater global cooperation and equality. Furthermore, the integration of Xi Jinping Thought into a broader international framework can further strengthen China’s global role.
Ulas Birkan CAKILCI Copyright (c) 2025 sourcecoder https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/382 Sat, 18 Oct 2025 00:00:00 +0500 Local Governance Challenge in Karachi: A Crisis of Authority and Coordination https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/385
This research paper examines the structural and political factors contributing to Karachi’s

governance issues, primarily stemming from an excessive number of bureaucrats and

inadequate coordination. It is recommended that some parameters must be laid out to limit the unguided use of AI in this perilous field.
Saadia Qamar, Dr. Imran Muslim Copyright (c) 2025 sourcecoder https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/392 Sun, 09 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0500 A Critical Research Study of Linguistic Deviation in Novel Khafif Makhfi ki Khawab Beeti. https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/393
This Paper is an attempt to shed light on linguistic deviation in Mirza Athar Baig’s novel Khafif Makhfi ki Khawab Beeti. Linguistic Deviation occurs when the writer deviates from ordinary use of language and breaks the common norms or standards of language. The Novelist has made his novel a reflection of the society in which he used Urdu language freely. He has deviated from the standard language on various levels: lexical deviation, semantic deviation, Graphological Deviation, dialectical deviation, Syntactic Deviation etc. As a different novelist Mirza Athar Baig deviates from the traditional concept of hero. He does not use standard language also. He has created many new words and phrases. He used slangs that are abusive and vulgar words. There is ambiguity in many sentences. This deviation has made Khafif Makhfi ki Khawab Beeti a different novel for Urdu readers.
Neel Zahra, Dr. Aqlima Naz Copyright (c) 2025 sourcecoder https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/393 Sun, 09 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0500 An Empirical Evaluation of Technology Acceptance Model in Mobile Devices in Healthcare Industry https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/394
Digital technology is spreading overall industry with a rapid growth, especially in the healthcare industry.
Abdul Kabeer Kazi, Amna Jatoi, Hira Hashmani Copyright (c) 2025 sourcecoder https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/394 Fri, 07 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0500 Sino-Pakistani Sports and Cultural Cooperation under the ‘Belt and Road’ Initiative: Soft Connections and a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/400
This study explores China–Pakistan sports and cultural cooperation (1951–2021) within the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), focusing on its role as a “soft connectivity” mechanism beyond economic infrastructure.Sports and culture function as non-linguistic channels that transcend linguistic, religious, and cultural boundaries.
Muhammad Rashid, Sadia Akram, Manail Saad Copyright (c) 2025 sourcecoder https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/410 Tue, 25 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0500 A Study on Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy as the Theoretical Basis of China’s Multipolar World Vision https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/411
This article examines the implications of Xi Jinping Thought for diplomacy as the theoretical foundation of China’s vision of a multipolar world.
Ulas Birkan CAKILCI Copyright (c) 2025 sourcecoder https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/411 Mon, 24 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0500 Tasawuf and Pashtun Society https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/316
Human life comprises of the material and spiritual sides, which are both separate as well as connected to each other. The evolutionary history of human life proves that spiritual vigor is necessary for leading a good practical life. Every religion has a strategy for the spiritual training and education of its followers. Tasawuf (or sufisim) is a system for increasing spiritual training and increase its strength in Islam. It has been defined in different contexts, however, according to Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh Hajweri “it is such a narrative and interpretation of Safa where there is no doubt or complaint. The apparent meaning of Safa is light, and Sufism is the interpretation of this meaning”. This article discusses the concept of tasawuf in the pashtun society. Briefly, it describe that the literary work on tasawuf in the Islamic world reached zenith in the 3rd to 7th century, however, its intensity declined later. In India, Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh name is worth noticing and his book “Kashf al-Mahjub” is a beacon for the followers of tasawuf. Many other notable personalities following this path flourished in the Delhi Sultanate. Pir Rokhan is the pioneer who started preaching tasawuf in the pashtun society. Pir Baba and Akhund Derweza, though opponents of Pir Rokhan, are other notable names in the preaching of tasawuf in Pashtun society. The preachers of tasawuf are respected in the pashtun society because these people possessed good manners and high morals, teaching the same to the people as well.
Nagina Bibi Copyright (c) 2025 Makhz (Research Journal) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/316 Mon, 06 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0500 thisn sdt https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/336
asldkfjsa sdlakdjf s;a
hafsa Copyright (c) 2025 sourcecoder https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/336 Wed, 03 Sep 2025 00:00:00 +0500 The Poetic Universe of Mast Tawakli: In the Context of a Poem https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/319
Mast Tawakli is widely regarded as a prominent figure in Balochi classical poetry, celebrated for his unique contributions to the literary tradition. So we can say that the Pashto literature was begun from southern Pashhtoonkhua and then spread out to the rest of Pashtoon_Afghan Land. The first literary society in Southern PashtoonKhua was formally established in 1914 in the city of Loralai under the name of “Adabi Majlis Bazm”. This society was established by Inayatullah Ayagh, Yousuf Popalzai, and Fateh Chand Naseem. A formal Pashto literary society in South Pakhtunkhwa was formed in April 1952 in Chaman city by the name of “Bazmi Adab Chaman” under the leadership of Sajjad Jafari, Tufail Sarwar, Sultan Muhammad Durrani, Amin Saba and Mian Muhammad. From 1952 until 2002 Pashto literary societies did a lot of work for Pashto literature in South Pakhtunkhwa through various societies. Despite active organizations like Pashto Academy Quetta, Pashto department UOB Quetta and Malgari likwal Quetta, Still there was a gap in Pashto literature that South Pakhtunkhwa needed to have an educational and training center through which Pashtoon youth could learn their native language and have a free Pashto library. To fill this gap, on January 20, 2002, a Pashto writer and poet, Muhammad Sadiq Zhark establishes a literary society “Pashto Adabi Ghorzang Quetta” with the help of a few friends.
Shabir Ahmed Kakar, Dr. Abdul Rahman Kakar Copyright (c) 2025 Makhz (Research Journal) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/331 Fri, 28 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0500 test article https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/342
this
test Copyright (c) 2025 sourcecoder https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/342 Tue, 02 Sep 2025 00:00:00 +0500 test article 1 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/344
test
test1 Copyright (c) 2025 sourcecoder https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ojs.sourcecoder.tk/journal/article/view/344 Tue, 02 Sep 2025 00:00:00 +0500
